🏢 ABOUT THE COMPANY
GRAPHICS SYSTEM is a company specializing in the graphic production industry, offering a complete range of services, including prepress, offset printing, screen printing, digital printing, signage, promotional items, and industrial embroidery.
🎯 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will contribute to improving the company’s internal control system by ensuring compliance with procedures, monitoring operational controls, identifying risks, and recommending corrective measures.
Key Duties:
1. Control and Methodology
- Conduct operational controls across the company’s activities.
- Develop and update risk-based control plans.
- Define and implement appropriate control methodologies.
- Identify risk areas, irregularities, and gaps in existing controls.
2. Reporting and Monitoring
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual activity reports.
- Present findings, identified anomalies, and recommendations.
- Assist process owners in developing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Monitor corrective actions and verify their effective implementation.
- Participate in implementing the company’s QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) approach.
🎓 REQUIRED PROFILE
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Accounting, Auditing, Internal Control, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in an industrial environment will be an added advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
