Calling for applications for the recruitment of twenty (20) Assistants at the University of Ngaoundéré
In accordance with the High Instructions of the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, contained in his correspondence 1102500000193/MINESUP/SG/DDES/CEPE of May 26, 2025, the Rector of the University of Ngaoundéré informs the public that twenty (20) teaching-research positions are open as part of the digital replacement, within the establishments of this university institution, for the 2025 financial year.

Composition of the application file
The application file must include the following documents:
1. A stamped application less than three months old addressed to the Rector of the University of Ngaoundéré;
2. A certified photocopy of the birth certificate less than three (03) months old;
3. A detailed and signed curriculum vitae;
4. Certified photocopies of all diplomas obtained from the baccalaureate or the GCE Advanced Level;
5. A copy of the Engineering diploma (for specialties requiring it);
6. A copy of the Veterinary Medicine diploma (for the specialty requiring it);
7. A copy of the Master II research dissertation (for candidates holding a Master’s degree);
8. A registration for a Doctoral thesis and a progress report duly signed by the thesis director (for candidates holding a Master II research degree);
9. A copy of the Doctoral or Ph. D. thesis;
10. Copies of articles or offprints of any publications, if applicable;
11. A medical certificate dated less than three (03) months ago, issued by a doctor in the public health sector;
12. Four (04) 4×4 identity photos (in color);
13. A photocopy of the national identity card or valid receipt;
14. An extract from bulletin No. 3 of the criminal record dating from less than three (03) months;
15. A certificate of nationality and/or, for candidates residing abroad, photocopies of the passport and residence permit certified by the Cameroonian consular services;
16. A certificate of actual presence duly signed by a competent authority (for candidates requesting a change of corps),
17. Prior authorization from the user minister or the head of the home administration (for candidates requesting a change of corps);
18. A copy of the disability card (for disabled persons);
19. A sworn statement concerning: (i) the authenticity of the documents (ii) the actual availability of the candidate and, for candidates residing abroad (iii) the non-existence of any circumstances that could give rise to a double salary situation.
Submission of the application file
Candidates will submit their files to only one establishment at a time.
Candidates residing in Cameroon must submit their complete applications no later than 5 p.m. on July 31, 2025, to the General Secretariat of the University of Ngaoundéré.
Cameroonians residing abroad must submit their applications to diplomatic missions and consular posts no later than 4 p.m. on July 28, 2025.
Candidates whose applications are complete will be required to attend an audition. Those abroad may, if they wish, attend by videoconference
