REQUIRED SKILLS :
KnowVery good knowledge of sales techniques (prospecting, identification of needs and resistance, making appointments, closing the sale, after-sales management);Good knowledge of the Cameroonian banking market;Good knowledge of banking regulations;Good communication (ideally bilingual) orally and in writing;Good command of IT tools, particularly software packages dedicated to commercial reporting (Word, Excel, etc.)
