In collaboration with the HR manager, you participate in the operational management of human resources:

Personnel administration  : contract management, monitoring of absences and leave, updating of databases.

Recruitment : writing and distributing job offers, sorting applications, organizing interviews 

Payroll  : preparation and transmission of variable payroll elements  

Internal communication:  participation in the drafting of HR information for employees. 

Profile sought 

–  Bac +3 training in Human Resources Management, Management, law or other equivalent diplomas.

  3 years of experience in the same position. 

 Mastery of office tools (word, excel, power point).

–  Good organizational skills, rigor, discretion and team spirit.
