In collaboration with the HR manager, you participate in the operational management of human resources:
* Personnel administration : contract management, monitoring of absences and leave, updating of databases.
* Recruitment : writing and distributing job offers, sorting applications, organizing interviews
* Payroll : preparation and transmission of variable payroll elements
* Internal communication: participation in the drafting of HR information for employees.
Profile sought
– Bac +3 training in Human Resources Management, Management, law or other equivalent diplomas.
– 3 years of experience in the same position.
– Mastery of office tools (word, excel, power point).
– Good organizational skills, rigor, discretion and team spirit.
