As part of the development of its activities, our company is recruiting a competent, organized and dynamic Accounting Executive Assistant .

Main missions

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to management;
  • Manage phone calls, mail and calendars;
  • Drafting minutes, reports and administrative correspondence;
  • To monitor administrative and accounting files;
  • Enter and file accounting documents;
  • Track invoices, expenses and payments;
  • Participate in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Desired profile

  • Hold a degree in accounting, management, executive secretarial studies or equivalent;
  • Demonstrate professional experience in a similar position;
  • Have a good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
  • To be rigorous, discreet and organized;
  • Possess excellent communication and prioritization skills.
