As part of the development of its activities, our company is recruiting a competent, organized and dynamic Accounting Executive Assistant .
Main missions
- To provide secretarial and administrative support to management;
- Manage phone calls, mail and calendars;
- Drafting minutes, reports and administrative correspondence;
- To monitor administrative and accounting files;
- Enter and file accounting documents;
- Track invoices, expenses and payments;
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Desired profile
- Hold a degree in accounting, management, executive secretarial studies or equivalent;
- Demonstrate professional experience in a similar position;
- Have a good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
- To be rigorous, discreet and organized;
- Possess excellent communication and prioritization skills.
