To find new growth drivers within our company, we are recruiting a Business Developer (M/F) capable of innovating in the proposals and products our company offers to develop its revenue and profits by prospecting new markets and clients or by developing the company’s communication and marketing strategy.
Reporting directly to the General Management, the successful candidate will… She will be responsible for the following missions and duties:
Main missions:
– Developing an internal and external development strategy
– Prospecting all internal departments (Training, Engineering, distribution and sales of electrical equipment, etc.) to study the processes and constraints of each.
– Studying the company’s main indicators: financial status, products, production capacity, customers and employees.
– Conducting internal audits to assess the company’s capabilities as well as any dysfunctions.
– Conducting market research to understand the environment in which the company operates and measure its attractiveness (study of the competitive environment as well as potential customers).
– Finalizing the development hypothesis by positioning the company in a new market (geographic, production) or targeting new customers.
Prospecting for new customers
– Meeting with potential new customers in the market using the resources developed beforehand to target them (external growth studies). © https://minajobs.net/
– Study with potential new clients the possibilities for buying, selling, and developing in the short, medium, and long term.
– Ensure a good relationship between clients and the company; make yourself available to them until a relationship of trust is established, and act as the company’s representative to them.
Development of the internal model
– Study the lessons learned from various audits and studies with the objective of increasing productivity and reducing fixed and variable costs.
– Master internal processes to interact with production, making it more efficient and flexible for new product development.
– Propose internal cost-saving and external expansion plans to the various departments.
– Analyze the feasibility of developing new products and expanding the company into new markets with all teams.

– Summarize, report on, and persuade the various employees of the internal strategy.
Development Project Management
– Develop the different stages of internal and external development.
– Communicate with the various stakeholders (suppliers, carriers, customers, internal employees, etc.) regarding the timeline, successes, and challenges in the project’s progress.
– Negotiate with new clients to ensure that contracts align with the development plan.
Profile and Requirements:
Bac +5 level education and 2 years of experience
• Master’s degree in management or audit and any other equivalent diploma
