Job Details:
We are seeking an organized, dynamic Executive Assistant with excellent administrative skills. The ideal candidate is meticulous, discreet, and capable of efficiently managing the administrative and organizational activities of the General Management. They must be autonomous, highly professional, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and directing users and partners
* Managing communication flow
* Managing the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Drafting and processing administrative correspondence
* Welcoming partners and visitors to the General Management
* Preparing reports, minutes, and administrative documents.
* Ensure the management and archiving of administrative files.
Required profile for the position:
* Age: 20 to 25 years old
* Education level:
* Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Executive Secretarial Studies, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
* Required experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
* Required languages: Professional French and English.
Required soft skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proficiency in office software
* Administrative writing skills
* Rigor and organizational skills
* Discretion and professionalism
* Excellent communication and interpersonal
