A local company is recruiting the following profiles for a solar project with a living quarters base in Kekem (Bafang):
– 1 Warehouse Clerk
REQUIRED SKILLS : Proficiency in inventory management tools (even basic ones: Excel, paper forms), ability to read purchase and delivery orders, organization and attention to detail in filing, basic computer skills.
PROFILE: BEPC/CAP or BTS in logistics/business management or equivalent experience. Impeccable honesty, sense of order, good communication with site teams and suppliers. Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus in Cameroon.
– 10 Laborers
REQUIRED SKILLS: No formal technical qualifications required. Knowledge of basic site safety instructions, ability to follow simple instructions, physical stamina.
PROFILE: Supporting technical teams on construction sites: carrying loads, supplying materials, cleaning and organizing work areas, assisting skilled workers.
– 04 Boilermaking/Welding Technicians
REQUIRED SKILLS: Proficiency in boilermaking techniques, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, knowledge of metallic materials, good welding skills, ability to work precisely, adherence to safety standards.
PROFILE: BEPC/CAP/BAC level with training in boilermaking and welding. Manual dexterity, precision, resistance to difficult working conditions (heat, height)
– 01 Solar Engineering Quality Engineer
REQUIRED SKILLS : – Mastery of electrical and solar standards, Quality control of PV installations, Reading and validation of technical plans, Site quality audits, Knowledge of QHSE standards, Ability to write technical reports, Development of procedures, Monitoring of quality indicators, Continuous improvement, Verification of equipment conformity (panels, inverters, cables), Management of non-conformities, Leadership skills, Field communication, Training of teams in best practices, Risk analysis, Implementation of preventive measures, Safety culture, Writing of daily and quality reports, Document management, Final verification of installations, Conformity testing, Technical validation
PROFILE: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in electrical, energy, or industrial engineering, 2 to 5 years of experience in solar or construction projects, Experience in quality systems preferred, High technical rigor, Ability to work in a construction site environment, Analytical and proactive mindset, Organization and Precision, attention to detail and professional standards:
