A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or Business?
Do you know how to manage a team, analyze KPIs, and maintain impeccable customer relationships?

MISSIONS:
• Manage customer service across all channels: calls, WhatsApp, social media, emails, in-person reception
• Supervise and develop a team of customer advisors
• Handle sensitive complaints professionally
• Improve customer experience and satisfaction
• Monitor performance: turnaround times, customer loyalty, service quality, NPS
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver a premium experience
• Produce reports and strategic recommendations for Management
PROFILE:
– Leadership & excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong listening and organizational skills
– Proficiency in CRM and office software
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– English is a plus LOCATION
