The Action Association for Community Development (ADECO), created in October 2022, has the motto “Building the community is a Cameroonian civil society organization and recognized by the administration under (Declaration N 0 028 /RDA/H.151 SASC).

It prohibits within it any form of political, religious, philosophical, sexual, ethnic or racial discrimination. The organization was born under the initiative of a few people mobilized and committed so that the objectives of Sustainable Human Development are achieved and that children are protected and the rights of women recognized. Taking into account the situation characterized by uncertainty regarding the future of rural human communities and its difficulties, with regard to and analysis of the socio-economic, political and environmental parameters and considerations which characterize the contemporary world. And took the resolution to contribute to the reduction of poverty and the consequent improvement of the living conditions of the populations through a participatory approach based on listening, the analysis of the problems linked to the rural community in individual and the human community in general. To bring human dignity to these people in difficulty and vulnerable, ADECO intends to act with them in this context of humanitarian nexus, reduction of funds, and empowerment for a resilient economy
To contribute to the reduction of these social difficulties, Action for Community Development (ADECO), intends to promote the good of populations through activities in areas such as Education, Livelihood, Gender and Protection and finally Wash.

Brief description of the Position
He/she is responsible for the operational management of all accounting aspects according to ADECo procedures. He/she works in close collaboration with the RAF and National Coordinator to ensure the

Main responsibilities
In this capacity he/she is responsible for

    Ensuring and supervising the management of the cash register (recording of movements, inventories
Receive all payment requests and verify that it is appropriate and does not suffer from atlCl

Maintain a rigorous classification system for all transactions carried out under its responsibility
    Prepare the monthly reconciliation of the cash register, bank and safe;     
 Manage administrative correspondence with external accounting clients (suppliers, service providers,
         ensure the interface between the organization and administrative and tax entities where applicable;
prepare mission orders and ensure that mission reports are produced and filed ;

Carry out any other task entrusted to him by the hierarchy and compatible with the mission and vision of ADECO;
 Required profile
     Be able to read and write French and/English; e Have a Bac + 3 level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field ;
     Have at least 3 years of experience in the position in the above-mentioned fields;
     Very good computer skills (Office Pack), good command of at least one accounting software (Quick Book, Sage Sari preferably)
