Serenity Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Medical/Social Media Administrative Assistant. This position is vital to the success of our medical practice, as the individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff and managing our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
– Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and consultations, and coordinate medical staff schedules.
– Greet patients, answer calls, and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
– Assist with billing and coding tasks, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies.
2. Social Media Management:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote the services and expertise of Serenity Medical Center.
– Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
– Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
– Track social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of our social media efforts.
3. Marketing Support:
– Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.
– Assist with the planning and execution of community events, health fairs, and other outreach initiatives to raise awareness of Serenity Medical Center.
4. General Office Support:
– Maintain office and medical supplies inventory, and assist with ordering as needed.
– Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events
Qualifications:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, communications, marketing, or related field
– Prior experience in a medical office setting, administrative role, or social media management is highly desirable.
– Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
– Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking in developing and implementing social media content.
– Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing processes is an advantage
