Mission
Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of accounting; while ensuring compliance with the tax and social security provisions in force. It also ensures the reconciliation between general accounting, budget monitoring and the tuition tracking software.
Main activities
Maintain the accounting;
Monitor cash flow under the supervision of the CFO;
Prepare monthly declarations;
Prepare financial statements;
Prepare and declare the various taxes and duties;
Enter the various tax and tax accounts;
Prepare payment orders for the various taxes and duties;
Prepare the summary statement of tax and social security declarations; Carry out the tax review of the balance of accounts at the end of each month; Control and update the extra-accounting tables of the details of the various taxes and duties; Enter accounting transactions following the guidance of the CFO; Control and archive accounting documents; Enter and process employee accounts, in liaison with the payroll manager; Perform any other tasks assigned by the CFO. Profile Knowledge of at least a BTS in Accounting and Business Management Justify at least 3 years in a similar position; Proven experience in managing large accounts; Experience in a firm is highly recommended Knowledge: Solid computer skills (Excel in particular) Perfect knowledge of accounting and financial analysis Perfect mastery of SYCOHADA Know-how: Use the Sage Compta, Sage Paie and Sage Immo software Use Microsoft Office tools Participate in the monthly closing of accounts Taking into account the different proposals Respect the applicability of procedures Design the different analysis tools Mastery of accounting techniques for entries Lettering of the different accounts Analytical and synthesis skills Writing skills Interpersonal skills Integrity; Proactivity; Force of proposal; Loyalty, respect; Team spirit; Availability, assiduity
