Mission/Purpose of the position:
– Contribution to the management of invoicing, purchasing of the company according to local and international standards
Main responsibilities:
– Receive and record the supplier invoices
– Ensure customer invoicing
– Carry out cash register operations
– Manage purchases
– Other current administrative tasks
Profile
– BACC +2 in Accounting and management
– Minimum 03 years of experience
– Knowledge in the customs field (freight forwarders file) would be an asset
– Knowledge of international company procedures
– Desired versatility, multitasking
