Mission:
– Assist the General Management in its various tasks
– Welcome visitors and manage telephone calls
– Receive, process and archive mail
– Manage company documents and data
– Ensure accounting records
– Ensure management of supplier invoices
– Check compliance, classify documents and documents necessary for entering
accounting data
– Make tax returns – Strengthen the confidentiality of financial data and perform database
backups.
