Mission:
– Assist the General Management in its various tasks
– Welcome visitors and manage telephone calls
– Receive, process and archive mail
– Manage company documents and data
– Ensure accounting records
– Ensure management of supplier invoices
– Check compliance, classify documents and documents necessary for entering
accounting data
– Make tax returns – Strengthen the confidentiality of financial data and perform database
backups. 

REQUIRED SKILLS: – Master accounting software (sage saari, odoo, etc.) and IT tools – Master the basic principles of accounting – Be versatile, quick to work efficiently and accurately – Be trustworthy – Be able to work in a team – Being bilingual would be an asset JOB PROFILE: – Have at least a bac +2 in office secretarial work, accounting or any other similar disciplines. – Have at least 1 year of experience. – Be at most 30 years old – Being bilingual would be an asset Interested candidates should send their CV mentioning the title of the position in the subject line to recrutements@khayroual.net no later than July 15, 2024. Nb: only candidates meeting the criteria will be contacted
