CFAO MOBILITY CAMEROON, as a major player in the automotive sector, we put innovation and quality of service at the heart of our operations. In order to help maintain our efficiency in logistics management, we are looking for a dynamic and organized Administrative Agent to join our team! Category 7
position and placed under the responsibility of the Spare Parts Administrative Supervisor, you will be in charge of analyzing and processing urgent orders and customer reservations.
As an Administrative Agent for our Supply Chain Department, you will play an essential role in the smooth running of logistics operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
Administrative monitoring:
Analyze customer reservations in the internal software
Process the request according to the routing channel
Assign or cancel spare parts reserved in the internal software
Record orders in the manufacturer systems or purchasing offices
Process supplier rejections and cancellations
Track and process back orders
Create product sheets in the internal software
Make availability and price requests before order confirmation
Carry out inter-establishment transfers and journal edition
Establish orders for “on-site purchases” in accordance with the defined process
Ensure the stocking of “on-site purchases” and carry out the entry for delivery to the customer
Inform customers after the import files are put into consumption
Ensure the reconciliation of documents and transmission to accounting
Propose any measure to improve the Spare Parts Service
Monitor and follow up on supplier complaints
Reporting:
Prepare all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Improve the IT base, Spare Parts sheet, management code, Group Parts Price (GPP) etc. and design data extractions for the implementation of reporting.
Desired profile:
In order to meet this recruitment need, we are looking for a resource with at least a BAC+2 in Logistics and Transport, Management, Business Administration or any other related discipline. Having at least one year of experience in a similar position is essential.
On the technical side, you must have:
A perfect command of Excel software and other data analysis tools
A good understanding of procurement and storage processes
A good knowledge of inventory management documents and tools and supply monitoring
Excellent writing and speaking skills in French/English
A very good level of comfort with numbers.
On a human level,
we expect our Administrative Agent – Supply Chain to have good communication skills (openness and listening) in order to maintain a quality relationship with their various contacts, rigor and an excellent sense of organization. Also, he or she must have an analytical mind, be able to work in a team and demonstrate efficiency in all circumstances.
