ALIOS FINANCE CAMEROUN is recruiting an Administrative and Litigation Assistant (M/F).
Main missions:
Study the environment of litigation files within your scope and formulate appropriate proposals for procedures to be deployed;
Monitor the outcome of files that have been lost or downgraded from internal active litigation, in relation with the various debt collection companies and debt collection agencies;
Provide legal secretarial services and update files in relation with legal auxiliaries (lawyer, notary, bailiffs, etc.).
Required professional experience:
▪ BAC +4 minimum in Business Law
▪ Required experience: at least 2 years of experience in a legal, administrative assistant or litigation recovery officer position;
