MAIN MISSION
The Marketing Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of marketing operations and field promotions. They coordinate activities across teams and optimize processes to ensure the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns. They ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives, while supervising the teams under their responsibility.
What will you do?
Marketing Operations and Promotion Management:
Oversee and coordinate all marketing and promotional operations, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of activations and campaigns.
Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of marketing and promotional operations.
Marketing Support:
Support brand managers in the implementation of brand communication campaigns.
Ensure the implementation of innovation product launch programs according to the launch plan established by brand managers.
Contribute to competitive intelligence on our brands.
Team Coordination and Management:
Ensure communication and collaboration between the promotion, sponsorship, consumer experience teams, and other relevant departments.
Supervise and support promotion, sponsorship, and consumer experience managers. Ensure their professional development and alignment with company objectives.
Performance and Budget Monitoring:
Ensure control and compliance with the approved budget for each activity.
Manage the marketing store and vehicles under its authority. Use
, with the help of the Consumer Service, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotional operations and make recommendations for improvements.
Consolidate reports of activities carried out.
Feedback and Improvement:
Ensure qualitative feedback from consumers on our products during the implementation of activities.
Propose activities aimed at increasing sales and consumption.
Track the number and impact of innovations and adaptations made to recurring activities to meet changing customer needs.
What skills and abilities will you need to mobilize?
Qualifications and professional experience
Have at least a Bac + 3 or higher in Marketing, Management, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing operations management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
1 to 2 years of experience in operational marketing.

Proven skills in project management and process optimization;
Strong leadership and team management skills;
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions;
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and inter-team coordination;
Proficiency in project management and marketing analysis tools;
