As part of a large recruitment campaign, PEOPLE HOP SARL, a firm specializing in personnel selection and placement, is seeking qualified and motivated Executive Assistants on behalf of several partner companies.
Position: Executive Assistant
– Location: Several companies, Yaoundé & Douala (assignment according to the profile and needs of the partners)
– Type of contract: Fixed-term/permanent contract depending on the host company
– Start date: Immediate or to be agreed
Main missions
Under the authority of the General Manager or a senior manager, the Executive Assistants will be responsible for:
– Managing physical and electronic mail: receiving, sorting, processing, monitoring and archiving incoming and outgoing correspondence.
– Ensuring administrative organization: calendar management, preparing meetings, welcoming visitors, monitoring strategic files.
– Facilitating the flow of information: centralizing, disseminating and reporting information within the relevant departments.
– Ensuring the confidentiality and quality of professional exchanges.
Desired profile
– Minimum Bac+2 diploma in Executive Secretarial, Administration, Communication or equivalent.
– Significant experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position.
– Excellent command of written and oral French; knowledge of English is an asset.
– Comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Strong organizational skills, rigor, discretion and excellent presentation.
– Ability to manage pressure and priorities.
