Position Summary:
As an Independent Regulatory Decomposition Analyst, your main role will be to analyze, interpret and decompose complex regulatory texts in order to provide clear guidelines and relevant recommendations to ensure compliance for regulated organizations. You will be responsible for translating these legal texts into accessible terms for the various subject companies.
Required profile:
- Education: Bac+2 minimum in law, political science, public administration or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience analyzing legal or regulatory texts, or in a similar role is an advantage.
- SKILLS:
- Excellent command of written and oral French and/or English.
- Ability to synthesize complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong skills in analyzing and interpreting legal texts.
- Ability to synthesize complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to do documentary research and legal monitoring.
- Mastery of office tools (Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of a remote communication tool (Zoom or Teams)
- Rigorous, methodical and organized.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Main missions:
- Break down complex regulatory texts into simple, understandable elements.
- Identify the key points and obligations arising from regulatory texts.
- Write summary sheets and explanatory guides for end users.
- Participate in legal monitoring and updating of regulatory documents.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the documents produced.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to meet their regulatory information needs.
