Job Objectives
Ensures the processing, conservation and communication of archives,
Ensures management and security of resources and archive premises.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop archiving tools: archiving charter, management table, classification plan, conservation calendar, identification tools, archive files, etc.;
Identify and preserve vital, critical and confidential documents; Design, plan and improve archives management programs; Periodically organizes archive inventories; Ensure the classification and filing of documents; Ensure the proper conservation of archived documents; Sensitize and assist bank staff in proper arrangement of documents and records in their keeping Carry out documentary research;
Key Performance Indicator Zero tolerance for document loss Number of undetected regulatory/statutory violations in internal and external audit reports speed in the communication of documents Level of organization and preservation of documents Integrity of sensitive bank and customer information Speed of retrieval and delivery of records from storage Inquiries completed within 48 hours Number of complaints Existence of records management policy, procedures, disposal authority, Register of Records destroyed, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum BAC + 3 in the field of archiving with at least two (02) years of experience in the field of archiving experience
Key Competencies: Knowledge Control the physical preservation of documents, Organize access management, Know the regulatory framework that applies to archives Fraud and Operational Risk
Skills/Competencies/Aptitudes Good knowledge of the office suite (Word, Excel & Powerpoint); Speak French and/or English fluently; Compliance with archives procedures; Be orderly and have a high sense of organization Have a sense of adaptation; Be available and punctual.
