Optimize the performance of applications and databases.
Participate in the architecture and design of systems to guarantee the scalability of solutions.
Ensure the security and reliability of back-end infrastructures.
Carry out regular technology monitoring to propose innovative solutions.
Actively contribute to team discussions and propose creative ideas to improve our products and services.
Education and qualification:
Education: Bac+3/5 in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Maximum 2 years of experience in back-end development, ideally in a startup or fintech scale-up environment.
Technical skills:
Mastery of one or more back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.).
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Proficiency in RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Knowledge of microservices and container architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of security principles and secure development practices.
