Position: Customer Relations Officer for SMEs/SMIs

Experienced in the following:
• Customer prospecting
• Maintenance and development of the customer portfolio Monitoring of customer relations
• Studies and analysis of financing requests
• Sale of banking products and services
.
Administrative management of customer files
• Supervision of junior teams
.
Reporting of activities
Compliance with AML/CFT procedures • Portfolio monitoring
• Pre-litigation recovery
Desired experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the position of
Customer Relations Officer for Companies and/or in the position of financial analyst or credit analyst.
Level of education:
⚫Bac +4/5 in Management/Banking/Finance/Commercial Action or Financial Analysis
• Banking training: ITB, BBS or equivalent.
Desired qualities:
• You demonstrate rigor, adaptability, great writing skills, composure, listening skills, integrity and are proactive.
• You have good organizational skills.
• You have great interpersonal and human qualities,
real analytical skills and you are responsive to implementing actions. You have a sense of negotiation as well as a spirit
of initiative, analysis and synthesis.
• You are performance-oriented.
Mastery of professional English and computer tools are essential.
• Good command of Amplitude software is essential.
• Driving license, category B
