Position: Perfectly Bilingual Secretary

Location: Yaounde

Main responsibilities:

l  Professional management of communications in French and English.

l  Proactive organization of agendas, meetings and travel.

l  Writing and preparation of official documents in both languages.

l  Telephone and in-person reception, with exemplary customer service.

l  Management of electronic and physical correspondence.

l  Advanced use of communication and collaboration tools, including Google Calendar, Google Team, Outlook, Team, Zoom, Google Meet, Trello.

Required Skills :

l  Perfect command of French and English, both oral and written.

l  Minimum Bac +3 diploma in secretarial or similar field.

l  At least 3 years of experience as a bilingual secretary.

l  Excellent organizational and time management skills.

l  Mastery of computer tools and office software.

l  Advanced experience using Google Calendar, Google Team, Outlook, Team, Zoom, Google Meet, Trello.
