As part of its network expansion, FOCEP is recruiting a Branch Manager for one of its branches located in the Western Region.
Required profile:
– Higher education in Banking, Finance, Microfinance, Management, or a related field;
– Professional experience in the banking or microfinance sector, ideally in a management position;
– Strong skills in business development, client portfolio management, and debt collection;
– Leadership, rigor, dynamism, commercial acumen, and results-oriented approach.
Location: Bafoussam.
