Microfinance institution is seeking for the needs of its activity A AGENCY MANAGER located at the NGOUSSO agency.
A- Main mission
✓ Take charge of a profit center, manage it and achieve results in accordance with budget forecasts.
B-Job profile
✓ BAC + 3 (management, accounting, finance, law, Marketing, Commerce)
✓ Have field experience and be able to express yourself in English
C-Skills:
✓ Good knowledge of the microfinance sector, good knowledge of banking operations, Knowledge of sales techniques and commercial negotiation,
✓ Good knowledge of office tools.
D-Main tasks
✓ Manage the teams in the agency (supervise, coordinate, motivate) with a view to the
expected results,
Prospect and develop a customer portfolio,
✓ Promote all the products offered by the company,
✓ Develop a healthy credit portfolio with a PAR less than 5%,
✓ Take charge of and resolve customer complaints.
