MISSIONS
The Sales Supervisor’s mission is to supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives, while ensuring an optimal customer experience. He ensures the smooth running of sales operations and contributes to revenue growth.
– Supervision of the Sales Team:
– Supervise, train and motivate sales consultants to improve their performance.
– Organize team meetings to set objectives and share best practices.
– Evaluate individual and collective performance, propose corrective action plans.
– Plan schedules and distribute tasks to ensure optimal coverage.
– Define and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives (monthly/quarterly).
– Analyze sales data (KPIs, conversion rate, average basket) and adjust tactics if necessary.
– Report results to management and suggest improvements.
– Ensure that the team applies the company’s customer service standards.
– Manage complex customer complaints and ensure their resolution.
– Develop lasting relationships with key customers and partners.
– Ensure compliance with sales procedures and policies.
– Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics) to improve sales effectiveness.
– Ensure the proper maintenance of sales reports and documents.
– Conduct training on products, sales techniques and CRM tools.
– Stay informed of market trends and competitor actions.
– Foster a positive and stimulating work environment.
