Findme is a revolutionary UrbanTech that allows individuals and businesses in Cameroon
to obtain a postal address that complies with international standards, in partnership with Campost.

We market the certified Postal Location Plan (PLP), a modern and efficient alternative to
traditional hand-drawn location plan systems used by financial institutions and
administrations.
Our ambition is to make PLP an essential standard for administrative procedures with administrations, financial institutions, real estate players and businesses in Cameroon.
YOUR MISSIONS
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us
develop and market our PLP solutions.
● Develop a B2B customer portfolio: Identify, prospect and sign strategic partnerships
with companies, financial institutions, public administrations, real estate agencies, etc.
● Ensure the complete sales cycle: From prospecting to negotiation and conclusion of contracts,
ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Train and support partners: Provide technical and commercial support to ensure
optimal adoption of PLPs by partners.
● Contribute to the commercial strategy: Participate in the development of action plans to promote
the use of PLPs in various sectors (banking, insurance, real estate, etc.).
● Monitor performance: Produce regular reporting on commercial activities,
market trends and customer feedback.
PROFILE
● Education: Bac+4/5 in business, management, marketing or related field.
● Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, ideally in a
B2B environment or in a startup.
● Key skills: “Hunter” temperament with a strong results orientation. Mastery of
sales and negotiation techniques; Ability to build and maintain a network of


strategic partners; Excellent written and oral communication, in French and English.
