Function
The Support Management Controller must:
Produce reports and provide reliable information to operational staff
Manage costs, monitor the budget and analyze deviations from the budget
Produce relevant analyzes and indicators of the activity and give or request explanations from the operational on a regular basis.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the development of factory budgets
Close reports (Groups and premises), calculate and control production costs
Analyze monthly performances and actual deviations vs. budget vs. forecasts
Implement corrective and preventive actions on actual vs. budget and/or actual vs. forecast deviations
Control and monitor analytical cost allocations
Develop ad hoc analyzes to support the decision of factory managers
Participate in profitability analyzes on investment projects
Supervise inventories and the reconciliation of stocks of raw materials and finished products
Monitor the evolution of stocks of spare parts, consumables and fuels and assist operational staff in their stock optimization initiatives
Ensure the reliability of factory costs recorded in JDE
S’ ensure compliance with Group procedures and alert the Plant Director or the Head of Controlling in the event of non-compliance
Profile
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Advanced financial and accounting studies (Bac+5),
3 to 5 years of experience in functions financial
Technical skills
General accounting.
Cost accounting.
Management control / Audit
Finance and taxation
Mastery of IT tools.
Behavioral Skills
Strong relational, communicational and operational ease
Mastery of the local social environment.
Sense of organization, management of unforeseen events and resistance to pressure.
Language
French / English Hierarchical Reporting
