Description
Internal Communication
Design and implement internal communication strategies to strengthen corporate culture and team cohesion.
Develop internal tools (intranet, newsletter, etc.).
Organize internal events.
External Communication
Supervise the creation and distribution of content (press releases, reports, newsletters, digital publications, etc.) in conjunction with communication agencies.
Develop and manage press relations.
Coordinate digital communication (website, social media, web campaigns, etc.).
CSR
Implement the Group’s CSR strategy.
Monitor environmental indicators.
Implement and promote the Group’s CSR strategy.
Communication Strategy
Define and manage the overall communication strategy (institutional, commercial, internal, digital, events, crisis communication, etc.).
Develop the annual communication plan.
Monitoring and Analysis
Monitor the company’s image (media, social networks).
Follow industry trends and communication trends in general.
Desired Profile
: Education: Master’s degree (BAC + 5) in Communication or Public Relations (Diploma from a specialized school in communication and public relations, or a business school degree with a specialization in communication).
Minimum Experience:
– 9 years in a communication role, acquired in management positions within a reputable and structured agency, preferably a multinational company, including 5 years in team management.
– Experience working in different cultures and geographical regions is an asset.
