JOB OBJECTIVES ✓ Ensure the management and profitability of a portfolio of SME or Large Enterprise clients, monitor and provide support in resolving their technical difficulties and meeting their daily banking needs, with a focus on consistently delivering excellent service quality. Union Bank of Cameroon Plc is currently seeking a Corporate Account Manager for its Dschang branch in Cameroon. The position is open to both internal and external candidates . Job Profile TECHNICAL SKILLS INTERPERSONAL SKILLS ✓ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a client portfolio and 2 years in a similar position within a reputable bank or microfinance institution; ✓ Good knowledge of banking services and products; ✓ Proficiency in banking techniques; ✓ Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office; ✓ Experience working with FINACLE and AMPLITUDE banking applications would be an asset; ✓ Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential , and bilingualism in French and English would be an advantage. ✓ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Sales , or Management. ✓ Moral integrity; ✓ Rigor; ✓ Integrity; ✓ Strong business acumen; ✓ Active listening skills; Application Procedure All documents (CV and cover letter) must be sent to recruitment@unionbankcameroon.com no later than June 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM with the subject line “BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER ”. As a transparent, responsible, merit-driven, and service-excellent company, Union Bank of Cameroon Plc promotes equal employment opportunities and continuously strives to recruit ambitious young talent while also fostering internal talent. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Portfolio Administration ✓ Ensure the accurate updating of client information in the banking system: interview and contact reports , compliance with security and ethical rules regarding anti-money laundering, and verification of file conformity.

Customer service, updating data records…
✓ Analyze credit applications and collect
any additional information;
✓ Assist other Bank departments/services
in processing financing requests
and ensure compliance
of files;
✓ Open accounts and
draft certificates upon request for submission
to the Branch Manager for approval; ✓
Monitor first-level commitments and risks:
manage renewal dates, draft the
commercial section of credit files, and transfer
files to litigation;
✓ Handle first-
level customer complaints, inform the Customer Commitment Department of
customer feedback, and ensure appropriate escalations
to management.
Research and Development of Resources
✓ Contribute to the development of the
value chain with assigned clients: identify
business opportunities and direct clients
and prospects to the relevant expert (Corporate
Banking, Treasury & Financial Markets)
✓ Make quick sales of simple products
(bank cards, international and domestic transfers
, etc.)
✓ Collect resources through
savings and investment products (term deposits, etc.)
✓ Participate in the design and development
of new products in line with
customer needs;
✓ Monitor account activity;
✓ Recover frozen receivables at
the sales stage.
