is recruiting for its services,

(01) Credit Manager, Commercial & Consumer Banking,
able to work throughout the national territory.
This position is based in Yaoundé.



I. MAIN OBJECTIVE:
Analysis and monitoring of the bank’s commitments and risks.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis and reasoned opinion on all types of credit requests from customers and correspondent
banks.
Monitoring of approvals, implementations, and renewals of Product Programs (Consumer
& Commercial Bank).
Ensuring credit approvals are obtained at the required level.
Validation/implementation of authorizations on approved facilities.
Review and updating of the target market in consultation with the sales team and
the Head of Credit.
Credit control and compliance with legal formalities for credit administration, in collaboration with the
sales teams and the Legal department.
Working closely with the IT, Digital Banking, and FinTech partner teams to
develop and optimize digital credit products.
Assessing specific risks related to lending via mobile applications, digital platforms, and
FinTech partnerships.
Designing scoring models adapted to digital lending (behavioral scoring, alternative scoring, big
data).
Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and customer experience in
digital credit processes.
Participate in strategic thinking on the evolution of the credit portfolio, in connection with digitalization.
Contribute to the implementation of digital platforms and tools to improve the accessibility
and speed of credit.
Ensure effective monitoring of commitments after their implementation.
Ensure that credit files are renewed before their review date.

Contribute to improving productivity and developing procedures (revised or new) in the
commitments department.
Ensure adherence to the group’s credit policy and ensure the compliance of files.
Assist the Head of Credit in training and coaching staff.
Develop and monitor employee plans in collaboration with Human Resources.
Backup for the Corporate Bank Credit Manager.
Any other mission assigned by the Head of Credit.

III. JOB PROFILE
Experience & Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience, including significant experience in credit analysis and sales.
Completion of training or certification in credit analysis is an asset.
A university degree (Bachelor’s + 4 years) in management, economic analysis, finance, or accounting is required.
Data, analytics.
Experience in digital lending or in collaboration with FinTech companies is a major asset.
Skills, knowledge & personal qualities:
Critical thinking and synthesis skills.
Adaptability and communication skills.
Strong ability to leverage data
(statistics, dashboards,
predictive models) to support decision-making.
Good listening skills.
Team spirit .
Objectivity.
Ability to design and implement
innovative credit products via digital channels.
Good understanding of FinTech ecosystems,
alternative scoring models, banking APIs , cybersecurity, and digital lending
