Position to be filled CREDIT RISK ANALYST Position Collaborator
MISSION OF THE POSITION
Participate in the control of credit risks related to financing requested by the Bank’s customers in compliance with legal obligations and the Bank’s interests.
ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION
Carry out the counter-analysis of credit files according to the delegation scheme in force;
Analyze the credit risks of customers and quantify the credit risk (rating methods, scoring, etc.) Proceed with the rating of companies using the group rating tool, Present the counter-analysis of the files to the bank’s commitments committee; Check the completeness of the customer regulatory file or credit file presented to the commitments committee in compliance with the counter-analysis deadlines; Format the credit files in Group delegation and respond to additional information; Analyze the sectoral and competitive context, the financial data of companies using balance sheets and operating accounts; Search for any information likely to shed light on the potential risk taken by the establishment; Check compliance with the limits in force (counterparty, sectoral, etc.); Check the completeness of the files presented to the bank’s commitments committee; Carry out credit counter-analyses based on the analyses carried out by the commercial line and issue opinions on the validity of the structures and guarantees. PROFILE OF THE HOLDER Higher education diploma (BACC +4 minimum) or banking diploma (‘TB) ‘ A minimum of 03 years’ experience in the Commitments sector would be an asset. Knowledge Knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial ratios, intermediate management balances (SIG) • General knowledge of banking activity, structures and processing circuits, procedures and regulations Knowledge of bank accounting, standards and procedures relating to banking operations, Knowledge of the range of products and services intended for customers, Knowledge of setting up credit files and mastery of the credit processing circuit; Proficiency in IT tools (office automation, banking software). Know-how Ability to analyze a balance sheet and an operating account; Ability to carry out sector studies and analyze financing needs;
Ability to present and defend a position on a file (committees, senior decision-maker, network), Ability to research information and update knowledge.
