MANAGER Treasury Products Manager
LOCATION: Yaoundé
SUPERVISOR: Head of Treasury Department
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 2

MAIN MISSION
Sell treasury products in order to develop the bank’s profitability and portfolio

ACADEMIC LEVEL AND EXPERIENCE
Bacc+5 in Finance/Treasury Management/Economics/Equivalent Business School Diploma

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
02 years in a similar position would be an asset
KNOW-HOW – REQUIRED SKILLS
• Sell Assimilable Treasury Bonds, bonds, Assimilable Treasury Bonds, shares, foreign exchange products and any investment, placement or hedging product for foreign exchange or interest rate risks to customers
• Meet with customers on an ongoing basis to understand and anticipate their needs
Carry out internal and external reporting
• Maintain good quality of service: compliance with processing, complaints and response deadlines
• Constantly benchmark against the competition
Updating the position log on customer transactions
• Provide after-sales service
Ensure the production and daily distribution of the market log
Ensure the proper training and understanding of customers and other sales representatives of the bank
• Periodically meet with the most important customers or those offering the most potential
Collaborate with the Back-office and control for monitoring positions and results as well as the successful completion operations
KNOWLEDGE
• Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills:
• Excellent knowledge of Risk management;
• Experience in credit file analysis;
• Good knowledge of commercial techniques, international trade, ICT, finance: Fluency in English and French
