Main mission

The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact between Prepdia and its clients (parents). They ensure customer satisfaction, course monitoring, problem resolution , and optimization of the parent/tutor experience. Their role is crucial for customer loyalty and quality of service .

Main responsibilities

  • Respond to customer concerns and questions via call, WhatsApp or email.
  • Ensure regular monitoring of lessons: satisfaction, punctuality of tutors, progress of children.
  • Manage complaints in a prompt, professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Maintain a proactive relationship with parents (follow-up calls, personalized messages).
  • Collaborate with the operational team to reassign a tutor when needed.
  • Ensure the quality of the service provided and collect customer feedback.
  • Update customer tracking records in digital tools (tables, CRM).
  • Participate in meetings and make suggestions for improvement.

Desired profile

  • Bac +2 minimum , ideally in communications, management, or customer relations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer relations , administration or file management.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French, good spelling required.
  • Very good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and manage conflicts.
  • Excellent organization, rigor and autonomy.
  • Good command of digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email, Drive, etc.).
  • Sense of confidentiality, diplomacy and kindness.
  • Knowledge of the education sector is a plus .

Working conditions

  • Work in person in Douala.
  • Fixed remuneration with performance bonus based on customer satisfaction and loyalty .
  • Hours: Monday to Saturday (hours vary depending on peak hours).
  • Opportunities for advancement to customer service coordination or supervision positions.
