Position to be filled : Customer Service Representative

We are a major player in the Cameroonian economic landscape with more than 10 years of experience in the financial field. As part of the development of our privilege accounts, we are recruiting mobile customer service representatives with the ability to develop on a permanent contract.

 

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, your main missions will be to:

 

·         Prospect and sell privilege accounts,

·         Advise clients,

·         Develop a portfolio of prospects (directly or through a third party)

·         Collaborate in the design and implementation of commercial actions,

·         Contribute to the development of product awareness,

·         Cooperate in collective performance,

·         Participate in the animation of commercial activity,

·         Report on your activity.

·         Prepare daily reports,

·         ETC …

 

Required profile :

Have at least a BAC and above with options in Banking and Finance, Commercial Action, Administrative and Commercial Management, Marketing Techniques, Negotiation and Customer Relations or equivalent.

 

You have a taste for teamwork, with excellent sales skills, good oral expression, good customer relations, welcoming, autonomous, demonstrate flexibility to ensure the versatility required for this position, good negotiation skills, organized and rigorous in order to meet sales objectives. You know how to work in a team and be efficient in meeting defined deadlines.

Beyond that, we are looking for motivated people who are eager to learn and develop, and who enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
