CALL FOR EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF “Data Analyst”
Main Missions:
1. Monitoring and analysis of commercial performance
– Implement reporting of commercial activities;
– Develop and update dashboards for monitoring performance indicators;
– Analyze the results of the sales force in own and partner networks;
– Evaluate the productivity of the commercial network with regard to the objectives set;
– Monitor and analyze the objectives as well as the achievement rates by region, sector, agency, partner or locality;
– Analyze commercial performance in the field and report relevant information to management;
– Present activity reports and contribute to the preparation of the forecast budget;
2. Management of commercial management tools
– Provide monitoring tools (reporting, summary statements, dashboards, CPC, etc.).
– Communicate commercial objectives to the teams.
– Participate in commercial monitoring meetings at headquarters (Commercial Committee) and disseminate relevant information at the regional level.
3. Management of the commercial incentive policy
– Contribute to the development of the profit-sharing system.
– Monitor its implementation in the network.
– Manage collaboration procedures with business providers.
4. Strategic monitoring and customer satisfaction
– Collect and analyze customer complaints.
– Ensure competitive intelligence.
– Propose corrective or adaptation actions.
Line manager: Deputy Business Development Manager
Profile:
– Bac +4/5 in statistics, data, marketing, management or equivalent.
– Gender: Male or Female.
– Place of residence: Douala.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial data analysis or sales administration.
Key skills:
– Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
– Good understanding of commercial performance indicators.
– Knowledge of commercial information systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
Personal qualities:
– Analytical mind and rigor.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to synthesize and present data clearly.
Desired seniority: minimum 02 years in a similar position
