As part of the development of its activities, a subsidiary of a large banking group is looking
for commercial development , financial and human of its branch network:
 A Deputy Sales Manager

Missions
Directly attached to the Network Development Manager, you will assist the latter in
coordinating the activities of the bank’s branches on the national network.
Responsibilities
– Lead and support agency heads in their commercial and
managerial development;
– Develop the skills of employees across the entire network;
– Be the operational relay to the Operations Department to which you belong, in
terms of quality of service and support;
– Guarantee compliance with quality of service standards for customers;
– Being in charge of managing risk management (compliance, operational and counterparty
) within your scope;
– Contribute to the definition of the bank’s overall commercial orientations and implement
 the defined policies in strict compliance with the rules and procedures in force;
– Plan, organize, direct and control the commercial activities of the agency network as well
as the resources to achieve the objectives per agency;
– Analyze and control agency operating expenses and participate in optimizing their
costs;
– Identify customer needs, take measures and follow up in order to meet
their expectations;
– Ensure the skills development of teams through
regular training and retraining;
– Develop a strategy for prospecting, integrating and retaining the
bank’s customers;
– Monitor the assembly of credit files and their implementation after validation by the
credit committee;
– Monitor and activate unpaid and dormant network accounts;
– Monitor the recovery of doubtful debts.
Required profile
– Bac +4/5 in Banking, Finance, Commerce, insurance and any other similar discipline;
– Minimum 5 years experience in customer portfolio management in the banking sector
preferred.
Required skills and abilities
 Field man/woman, results-oriented, autonomous and proactive;
 Acute commercial sense, strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills;
 Organizational, strategic analysis and synthesis skills;
 Excellent written and oral expression (bilingualism would be an asset);
 Proven managerial skills, leadership, ability to mobilize and involve employees
;
 Ability to manage stress and priorities.
