Action Against Hunger is an international, apolitical, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) . non-denominational and non-profit.

For our operations in Cameroon, we are looking for:
A DRIVER
 Drive people and goods, and ensure the maintenance of the vehicle placed under
his availability.



MISSION 1: TRANSPORT PEOPLE AND GOODS IN GOOD SAFE CONDITIONS
ACTIVITIES:
– Transport ACF employees in compliance with national traffic rules, according to
the schedules and directives of the logistician;
– In the event of an accident, immediately take steps at the nearest police station
and inform the logistics department as quickly as possible;
– Use the vehicle according to the manufacturer’s advice and ACF rules;
– Have with you all personal documents as well as those of the vehicle and ensure
their validity.

MISSION 2: ENSURE THE MAINTENANCE OF THE VEHICLE:
ACTIVITIES:
– Resolve minor technical problems;
– Notify the logistics department of major repairs to be carried out;

II. POSITION MISSIONS

– Carry out daily checks before starting;
– Clean the vehicle;
– Ensure GSM communications if no passengers; – Report fuel consumption at the start and end of the day and any information relating to vehicle maintenance
in the logbook- Check the safety trunks.


MISSION 3: PREPARE DEPARTURES IN THE FIELD:
ACTIVITIES:
– Inspect and prepare the vehicle the day before departure in order to be ready on time;
– Prepare additional equipment to take as needed (fuel,
stickers, flags, mud removal tools, medical kit, etc.).
– Load the vehicle if no handlers or help with loading if necessary.
III. DIPLOMA/LEVEL OF STUDY AND EXPERIENCE
 Ability to read and write well (primary or secondary school level);
 Driving license;
 Mastery of the French language;
 Knowledge of English is an asset.

– Knowledge of the Central Cameroon area

selected for the written test)
b. A written technical test
c. An oral interview
