Mission
As an Educational Assistant, you play a crucial role in the supervision and monitoring of students, directly contributing to their safety, well-being and educational success. You will monitor absences and lateness, liaise with families and the teaching team, under the supervision of the Educational Advisor. You will support the educational policy of the establishment. You may be involved in the implementation of educational projects.
Profile
We are looking for an educational assistant who has the ability to work in a team and adapt to the unique environment of the school. The candidate will be able to establish effective communication with students, will be attentive to their needs and difficulties, and will actively contribute to the quality of the school environment. This includes significant participation in the prevention and treatment of bullying situations. The ability to exercise appropriate authority is valued, combining flexibility, firmness, and kindness, while encouraging students to become responsible.
Beginners are welcome; previous experience in youth supervision or animation would be a plus. This position is offered under a local law contract.
