JOB VACANCY
ROYAL GRILL ÉQUIPEMENTS is recruiting an After-Sales Service & Installation Electrotechnician to strengthen its technical team in Douala.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, emergency after-sales troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of professional kitchen and bakery equipment, including ovens, dough mixers, dishwashers and related equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Install and connect electrical and electromechanical equipment.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults.
– Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
– Read and interpret industrial electrical diagrams.
– Ensure the safety and reliability of hydraulic and gas connections.
– Respond promptly to emergency after-sales service requests.
– Provide technical support and maintain good customer service.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Minimum qualification:
– BTS in Electrical Engineering (ELT/MSI), BT/Bac F3, DQP/CQP in Electrotechnics or Electromechanics.
– Minimum academic level: Bac+2 / BTS / HND.
Technical skills:
– Single-phase and three-phase electrical wiring and connections.
– Electrical and electronic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
– Ability to read and interpret industrial electrical diagrams.
– Knowledge of electrical protection systems, including surge protection and voltage regulators.
– Basic knowledge of hydraulics and gas safety.
Personal qualities:
– Responsiveness and ability to work independently when handling technical faults.
– Strong customer-service orientation.
– Rigour, reliability and attention to safety.
– Ability to work in a mobile/local field-service environment.
Additional requirement:
– Valid Category B or A driving licence for local mobility.
