The OMEGA CONSULTING firm, leader in recruitment, acts on behalf of one of its prestigious clients operating in the dynamic sector of the agri-food industry. We are looking for an experienced Treasurer to join an ambitious team.

Position: Experienced Treasurer

Location: Bafoussam

Main responsibilities:

l  Proactive management of cash flow and financial flows.

l  Analysis and forecast of liquidity needs.

l  Optimization of placements and investments.

l  Preparation of financial reports and monitoring of performance indicators.

l  Advanced use of Odoo ERP for financial management.

l  Coordination of a team of cashiers.

l  Management of cash receipts and disbursements (bank and cash).

l  Cash control, bank reconciliation, and rigorous monitoring of financial transactions.

Required Skills :

l  Minimum of 5 years of experience as a treasurer, ideally in the food industry.

l  Minimum Bac +3 diploma in finance, accounting or related field.

l  Proven mastery of the use of the Odoo ERP.

l  Experience in coordinating teams and excellent management skills.

l  In-depth knowledge of financial practices, local regulations, and cash operations.

l  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
