Description:
MAIN MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
Ensure the financial reporting of accounts to the Group.
– Manage monthly and annual closings.
– Ensure the continuous transmission of accounting and financial data from all entities to the Group within the allotted deadlines.
– Ensure the updating of mapping tables/reporting packages in accordance with changes in standards (IFRS/OHADA).
– Prepare all reports incumbent upon Accounting.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to accounting and financial activities.
– Monitor the analysis of accounts.
– Participate in the implementation of operational procedures in accordance with accounting and financial activities.

– Participate in the development of the risk map in collaboration with internal control.
– Monitor the implementation of recommendations from internal and external auditors.
– Ensure continuous regulatory monitoring of current accounting and financial legislation, and oversee the implementation of the revised SYSCOHADA.
– Manage the preparation of annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and all reports required by the division.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory authorities.

– Monitor specific projects and various controls (Management Accounting, Exchange Regulations, etc.).
– Track the status of group invoicing and payments, and intercompany balances.
– Ensure the reporting of financial information to external entities.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
Minimum Experience: 4 years in accounting, internal or external auditing, and 2 years in team management.
