Context and Job Description:

The HR Assistant contributes to the company’s daily success. They oversee employee management, including salary payments and leave requests.

Their responsibilities extend to all aspects of employee administration, such as contracts, absences, and medical appointments.

Furthermore, this role involves managing the recruitment process, from receiving resumes to onboarding new employees. They also organize continuing education and ensure compliance with labor regulations. There are also HR Assistants who support managers.

Responsibilities/Activities:

Preparing and verifying payslips; 
Organizing continuing education for employees; 
Administrative management, including contracts, leave, and absences; 
Applying HR standards and labor regulations;
Recruiting staff; 
Handling dismissals and related administrative details; 
Implementing HR tracking tools;
Coordinating between the company and employee representatives.

Profile / Skills / Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills;
Active listening; 
Strong organizational skills; 
Proficiency in HR-related software; 
In-depth knowledge of labor and social security law;
Expertise in HR management areas such as recruitment, training, and career management;
Skills in occupational psychology; 
Meticulous attention to detail in carrying out daily tasks.
