ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As part of its expansion and the opening of new retail outlets, BAO Cash & Carry is recruiting Junior Management Controllers to strengthen its teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyse the company’s financial performance.
- Assist in preparing management dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and control operating costs.
- Participate in budget preparation and budgetary control.
- Produce financial analyses and recommendations to improve business profitability.
- Support operational managers in monitoring performance targets.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Good command of office software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and summarisation skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail when handling data.
- Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in management control, finance, and the retail sector.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience Level: Junior.
- Educational Background: Training in Accounting, Management, Finance, or an equivalent field is an advantage.
