As an intern within our support functions, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills through practice and exposure to various functions within the organization.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

· Observe and work with experienced professionals across different departments and support services, including Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Purchasing and IT.

· Participate in training sessions, workshops and team building activities to improve your knowledge and skills. · Work on projects and missions to contribute to the effectiveness of our support functions. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to better understand the interconnection of different departments. · Practice innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve processes. · Build lasting professional relationships with colleagues and mentors who will support your growth and development. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people who want to make a difference. A stay in Senegal will be part of your training. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or Bac +3 in social sciences, human sciences, business administration, information technology or equivalent. · Be at least 27 years old at the time of application. · Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. · Ability to think critically, analyze data and propose innovative solutions. · Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a dynamic work environment. · Passion for excellence and continuous improvement. Benefits · Private health insurance · Training and development .
