We are looking for an Accounting Analyst M/F based in: Cameroon Job description: We are looking for an Accounting Analyst for a permanent contract. Based in Douala and classified in the 9th category, the position will be under the supervision of the Deputy Accounting Coordinator. The Accounting Analyst, responsible for conducting an in-depth analysis of general accounting, will be responsible for the following actions: Analysis and settlement of CFAO Mobility Cameroon general accounts Lettering of accounts and regularization of suspensions Monthly update of CFAO Mobility Cameroon Analysis Files Monthly justification of balances on Blackline. Monitoring and analysis of DEGONDE claims and manufacturer warranties Allocation of claims and warranty claim files, then their settlements Monitoring of submission and settlement deadlines Monthly reconciliation of claims and warranty accounts with after-sales service Recording of customer provision for claims and manufacturer warranty. Monitoring & accounting of stock and customer provisions Account for customer provisions Account for stock provisions Account for FAT, Demo, VN, & Other provisions. Monitoring of the CFO’s digital cabinet Preparation of elements and Justification in Blackline Monitoring of validations. Desired profile: Holder of a master’s degree in Finance & Accounting and with 03 years of experience in a similar position, the profile sought must have solid technical skills in financial management, particularly in general accounting, as well as expertise in OHADA accounting law. In addition, mastery of the INCADEA accounting software is essential, as is ease with IT tools, in particular the Office Pack (Excel and Word). Agile, dynamic and collaborative, the Accounting Analyst must communicate with impact to ensure the clarity and efficiency of exchanges.
