Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous Data Scientist / AI Engineer to work on a
variety of innovative and strategic projects. You will participate in the analysis, structuring and exploitation of data, as well as the development of predictive models and AI algorithms. You will play a key role in providing recommendations to management and integrating AI into our operational processes to improve decision-making. Main missions • Data analysis and structuring: Collect, analyze and structure data to ensure its quality throughout its processing. • Data strategy: Develop data collection and management strategies essential to the development of projects. • Predictive modeling: Develop and test predictive models to anticipate trends and behaviors. • Industrialization of models: Implement and optimize machine learning and statistical models for smooth integration into production systems. • Strategic recommendations: Provide recommendations based on in-depth analyses to support high-level decision-making. • AI algorithm development: Design and test machine learning and deep learning algorithms. • Innovation: Contribute to innovation by participating in the implementation of intelligent services based on data analysis and customer needs. • Technology monitoring: Maintain a watch on data science and AI tools and techniques to integrate best practices. Technical skills • Languages and tools: Mastery of Python, R, SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI). • Machine Learning: Strong skills in predictive modeling and machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Data management: Experience in handling large volumes of data and knowledge of cleaning and structuring practices. Qualifications
• Degree: Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science or related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (motivated junior profiles are
accepted).
• Preferred fields: Experience in the logistics, healthcare or services sector is
an asset.
