To guarantee the performance of their sales team, by planning, monitoring and controlling their activity.
What will you do?
Develop the supervision sector assigned to them;
Act as a relay for ascending and descending information between their salespeople and Management,
Provide or propose solutions to customer complaints relating to product shortages, slow stock rotation, products with a close sell-by date (DLV) still in stock, non-delivery of products ordered by retail customers;
Ensure that the destocked Strategic Dealers (SD) have stocks that meet the real needs of the market in their supervision sector;
Supervise the destocking of all SDs to be destocked in his area in order to guarantee new orders for the following months;
Monitor the evolution of stocks of SDs destocked in his area (Quantity – Sale deadline of the different products) and advise them in the preparation of their monthly orders to be placed with the Distributor (Key Player);
Ensure that the salespeople in his team regularly and daily report to the destocked Wholesalers all the cash collected from the retailers and that in turn, the SDs also pay their invoices to the Distributor who supplies them;
Ensure optimal coverage of the retail points of sale in his area in terms of presence, visits and customer follow-up;
Ensure the supervision of the sales team in his area;
Monitor the proper execution of all Trade Marketing operations in his area and report on them;
Permanently update his sales universe from the sales universes of all the salespeople in his team as well as the “In Market Sales” (IMS);

Ensure periodic sales reporting (daily, weekly and monthly) for its entire team;
Ensure competitive monitoring by reporting to the hierarchy all information on the activities of the Competition (launch of new products, various promotions and market events, prices practiced, poster campaign, etc.);
Ensure the reporting of attendance records and prices charged for our products versus the competition in the POS of the retail channel
Ensure the monthly evaluation of the salespeople in your team and the calculation of their monthly commissions according to the validated and applied calculation scheme
What skills and abilities will you need to mobilize?
1 – Qualification and professional experience
Bac + 3/4 in Commerce – Sales – Marketing with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and 02 years in a similar position
2 – Knowledge, Know-how:
Have a good command of commercial negotiation techniques;
Have a good capacity for commercial analysis;
Be able to supervise a team, manage and delegate;
Have a good command of the office pack (Word – Excel – Power Point, etc.);
Know how to give feedback
