After a period of immersion in our products, solutions and methods, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing corporate customers (SMEs and VSEs) and administrations in all locations throughout Cameroon. Reporting to the operations department, this job requires close collaboration with the various departments (marketing, after-sales, finance, control, etc.). The sales representative must also be in constant contact with his client. You will be responsible for:
Preparing and transmitting his commercial action schedule as well as any other reporting that may be requested. Developing the customer portfolio in a well-defined geographical area by prospecting new customers and retaining existing customers; Analyzing customer needs and problems; Managing the delivery of offers to customers until the order is taken, including commercial negotiation; Installing or supervising the installation of the equipment, materials, infrastructures and/or solutions sold, testing them and ensuring their commissioning; Supporting customers and prospects, from order taking to the technical monitoring of their installations; Participate in Yoomee’s commercial policy; Participate in the drafting and design of technical-commercial offers; Carry out regular reporting using the tools in place (CRM type and others): on current business, competitive intelligence, the market, etc. Carry out certified training online or in person, participate in trade fairs, as an exhibitor and/or visitor. Skills 01 to 03 years in sales in general, preferably the sale of products and solutions in the telecom and technology fields. Participation in the implementation of projects in the same fields.
